Thomas Kavet is a recognized expert in public policy analysis, construction and real estate economics, and regional economic forecasting. Before starting KRA, Mr. Kavet was a Vice President at Data Resources/McGraw-Hill, the nation’s largest economic forecasting and consulting firm (now Global Insight), where he started and led the Construction and Real Estate Information Service.
